| Short biography | Martin J. Ivanov was born in 1974 in Ruse. He graduated in political science at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Since 2007 he has worked in the field of non-formal education at the International Elias Canetti Society. Since 2011 he has been the chairman of the Federation of Social Associations in Bulgaria. In 2013 he obtained his PhD in sociology at the Institute for the Study of Societies and Knowledge, BAS. His interests are in the field of energy industry, environmental technologies and innovations, and non-formal education. |
