Luca Forgiarini

I am a historian of science focusing on its political and cultural context. My particular interests lie in the history of science in the 20th century and in the history and philosophy of physics. In my current research on the history of CERN, I investigate the expectations that were involved in the creation of this large-scale, international scientific experiment and how they tap into broader cultural narratives of science.
