Looking ahead, we are excited to announce a Call for Interest for hosting the ToE 2026 Conference. We invite interested colleagues and institutions to submit their proposals by June 15, 2024, to Valérie Schafer. The proposals will be reviewed by the ToE Management Committee.
To host the ToE conference, your proposal should include the following details:
Overall theme: An envisioned theme for the conference.
Local organizing team: Information about the team that will manage the event.
Venue information: Some details about the proposed location for the conference.
Provisional budget: A very preliminary budget outline. Please note that the ToE conferences are typically three-day events (preceded by an Early Career Scholars Summer School), and the local organizer is responsible for covering all associated costs, either through conference fees or/and additional financial contributions. The ToE Management Committee is there to support, guide, help during the whole process and support the organizers.
